All payments for advertising must be made in full before the campaign will begin. Furthermore, your advertising Headline & Link must comply fully with the following conditions:

1. Link Shotgun WILL NOT accept ads or websites that contain, provide, or link to content that is not appropriate for viewing by the general public. The following are examples of the type of sites we WILL NOT deliver visitors to:

* Sites with pornography, sexual or erotic material or adult business opportunities, Sites containing or linking to software piracy, pirating, hacking, spamming, excessive violence, obscene or vulgar language, abusive content, illegal schemes, false investment advice or deceptive money-making opportunities or ANY form of illegal activity or material, etc.

2. You are responsible to check the link and ad once you are notified it has been posted in your members area. Make any corrections needed at that time.

3. Link Shotgun can not and does not guarantee results for your advertising efforts. We are only providing tens of thousands of pathways for prospects to visit your website. If your headline doesn't capture their attention,... then they won't click your ad. If  they do click your ad and are exposed to a professional website with compelling content, showcasing a useful product or service suitable to the kind of audience our business websites service then you should do well. Any advertising you do should be part of a well thought out marketing plan.

4.  Absolutely NO REFUNDS. Since our service is not performance based (paid to click) and our only obligation is to insert your headline and link into our system to be distributed as best we see fit through our website system of over 500 websites. If you miss your monthly anniversary date and your payment is deducted from your Paypal account then you own an additional month of advertising. You are free to cancel at any time.
